Matching

Click for a short description This package contains various routines for computing matching polynomials and the number of 1-factors (perfect matchings) in a graph. Functions that returns (compressed) transfer matrices for polygraphs are included and also a function that estimates the number of 1-factors in a graph. Graphs should be simple and represented in accordance with the Combinatorica package which is delivered with Mathematica.

GraphPac
